Sales Account Manager (UAE)

Job Summary

ABG is looking for a Sales Account Manager (Based in UAE) with 5 - 7 years’ experience in software solution selling experience in multiple countries in Egypt & Middle East. Below is a list of responsibilities and needed qualifications:


  • Responsible for a territory covering multiple industries and accounts in the region
  • Engage in the territory with a clear annual business plan and manage opportunities and sales cycle in the accounts across various departments including C-level executives,
  • Possess a solid understanding of the business challenges faced by the businesses in today’s marketplace and understand how to formulate business value propositions that address these challenges
  • Responsible for establishing new relationships with prospects and managing existent relationships with customers for the purpose of achieving the set targets in new business and existing contracts
  • Create long-term relationships with clients with strategic plans to be implemented while secure a run rate of business revenue
  • Work with dedicated Sales Support teams to take care of any client service issues, business challenges, and collections
  • Help design and deliver high-end and turn-key solutions to clients and prospects with clear focus on solution and value selling,


  • 5-7 years of successful industry and domain experience in sales management in the region
  • Experience in selling value propositions across banking, telecom, and public sector industries
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with clear driven to take initiatives that differentiate us from the competition and make us of continued relevant to our customers and prospects
  • Has knowledge of IT software, hardware, and managed services with track record in managing such solutions and services with enterprise companies and accounts in the region
  • Previous experience selling within Gulf region and MEA experience is preferable
  • Solid network of contacts in the region across multiple industries with access to C- Level and decision-makers
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment,
  • Adhere to proper business conduct and work ethics
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiations and communication skills
  • Strong attention to details while having a complete grasp of the bigger picture
